Eagle Creek Fire Update
The Eagle Creek Fire has spread significantly in the last 24 hours - jumping the river into Skamania County, Washington. The Salvation Army in Camas/Washougal (1612 I St Washougal, WA 98671) is now operating as an Emergency Shelter for evacuees.
The Red Cross is currently operating a shelter at Mt. Hood Community College. We are mobilizing personnel and equipment so that once we receive word from local authorities and our Disaster Partners, we will deploy as needed.
Pray for safety as first responders continue to work and the many communities that are under various levels of evacuation orders.
